What is the return policy?
We offer 21 days exchange only on unworn jewellery in original packaging.
Please note this does not include earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and does not contain nickel. Designed to be gentle on the skin, hypoallergenic pieces are crafted with premium materials that minimise reactions and allow you to wear your jewellery with ease.
At Gold Bahama, we believe that beauty shouldn’t come at the cost of comfort. Our designs are made with high quality materials you can wear timeless jewellery that feels as good as it looks.
ARE YOUR JEWELLERY PIECES WATERPROOF?
Yes, all of our jewellery is waterproof unless stated.
We use sterling silver with up to 2.5 microns of plating per piece with an e-coating. We also use stainless steel with PVD electroplating.
All pieces are either plated in 18k gold or rhodium.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
We believe wholeheartedly in the quality and durability of our jewellery, although it does need looking after. To learn more about how to best care for your pieces, please visit our Care Instructions page.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150.
There is an option for standard and express postage at checkout.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer shipping to countires outside of Australiia.
Overseas shipping is $30AUD and is charged at the checkout stage.
Please note, as the customer, you are responsible to pay any duties or taxes for the jewellery coming into your country.
