Refund policy

We offer 21 days exchange only on unworn jewellery in original packaging.

If your jewellery matches the above conditions, have your order number ready and lodge a return by filling out our return form. Take the parcel to your local post office to ship and acquire an official shipping label over the counter. 

Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are not covered.

Once returns are received, they will be processed within 5 business days. 

Please note this does not include earrings due to hygiene reasons.
