All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours, Monday through Friday, and shipped via Australia Post. 

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 and free express shipping on orders over $300. 
  • There is an option for express and standard shipping at the checkout.
  • All orders get sent out via Australia Post which is fully trackable so you are able to track your order from dispatch to delivery.
  • We also ship international.

Shipping Rates:

Australia Standard Shipping

  • FREE on all AU orders over $150 AUD
  • $9.90 AUD flat rate for AU orders under $150 AUD

Australia Express Shipping

  • FREE on all AU orders over $300 AUD
  • $14.90 AUD flat rate for AU orders under $300 AUD

International:

  • $30 AUD flat rate on all orders. Please note that the customer is responsible to pay any duties or taxes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Returned parcels to sender:

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes or reject a parcel, return shipping and re-import fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note, these charges can exceed the original export cost.


Tracking your order:

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. You can follow your shipment directly through Australia Post. 


Urgent orders:

If you need your order urgently, please contact our team - we’ll do our best to prioritise production or dispatch where possible.
